TER Drag Racing 101: 2nd Edition

Last time, we explained what drag racing is (if you missed it, scroll back through our blog).

This week's term is " the Christmas tree" or "the tree". The first thing someone is probably asking is "Why do they call it a Christmas tree?" Well, if you look below the various color lights make it look like.....a Christmas tree!!!The Christmas tree is used to position both cars equally (aka staging) and to signal the start of the race.
